You pay one flat USD invoice per seat per month. We handle everything on the other side — employment contracts, NIS contributions, equipment, payroll, Team Lead oversight, and quality control. You get a dedicated person embedded in your systems, working your hours, producing work that's been reviewed before it reaches you.

Everything in the rate

👤
Dedicated staff member
Full-time or part-time, working exclusively on your account. Not a shared resource. Not a pool. One person, fully focused.
📋
SOP build and documentation
We build the process documentation with you before go-live. SOPs are client-owned and updated whenever your processes change.
Two-layer quality control
Team Lead reviews work before it reaches you. Ops Manager audits the review process weekly. A shared quality register gives you visibility at all times.
📊
Weekly QC register & monthly report
You receive the quality register every Friday and a monthly summary from the Ops Manager. Nothing is hidden, nothing is managed without your visibility.
🏢
Employment & NIS
We are the employer of record. Employment contract, NIS registration, statutory leave, and payroll — all on our side. You have no employment obligations.
💻
Equipment & connectivity
Staff are equipped and connected. Internet backup is required for live-transaction roles. We confirm technical readiness before go-live.

What you handle on your side

System access and tool licences for your platforms — you grant access, we operate within it
The discovery call and SOP build time — we need 2–3 hours with your team in the first two weeks
Feedback on the first 30 days — quality improves faster when you tell us what good looks like for your business specifically
A single internal contact on your side — someone our Team Lead can reach for escalations and scope questions

The questions we get asked most

Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a minimum of three months on the initial engagement. This gives the placement time to settle into your systems and your processes — quality improves significantly between weeks two and eight. Month-to-month arrangements are available after the initial term.
What's the payment structure?
First month is invoiced upfront before onboarding begins. Subsequent months are invoiced on the first of each month, payable within 7 days. All invoices are in USD. We accept bank transfer and most major business payment methods.
What happens if the placement isn't working?
If performance issues arise, the Team Lead escalation process activates first — coaching, documented feedback, and a remediation period. If a placement genuinely isn't working after that process, we replace the staff member at no additional cost. We have not had to do this often, because the SOP and QC structure catches issues early.
Can I scale up or down?
Yes. Adding seats follows the same onboarding process — typically 10–14 days. Reducing seats requires 30 days' notice to give us time to manage the transition responsibly for the staff member involved.
Why doesn't the rate match the cheapest offshore option I've seen?
The cheapest offshore options typically don't include Team Lead oversight, a QC register, SOP infrastructure, or employer-of-record responsibility. They're a person — we're a managed service with accountability built in. If the only objective is minimum cost, those options exist. We compete on quality and reliability.
Do you charge a setup or recruitment fee?
No. The first month's invoice covers the placement — sourcing, screening, onboarding, and SOP build are all included. There is no separate recruitment fee or setup charge.
