The Team Lead escalation process starts first: coaching, documented feedback and a remediation period. If it still isn't working after that, we replace the staff member at no additional cost.
No. The first month's invoice covers sourcing, screening, onboarding and SOP build. There is no separate recruitment fee or setup charge.
Yes. Adding seats follows the same onboarding process and typically takes 10 to 14 days. Reducing seats requires 30 days' notice so we can manage the transition responsibly for the staff member involved.
